You will have a trekking tour during which you will enjoy virginl nature of mountainous Kyrgyzstan and visit numerous lakes with pure shining water. In time many traditions of different peoples sank in to oblivion. It doesn't concern Kyrgyzstan, here people keep and respect their traditions and customs. You will have chance to know many interesting  sometimes even unbelievable things here.
 

Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley (170 km - 4 h)
Your guide will meet you at Manas International Airport and accompany you to the Bishkek City (30 min. drive), where your day will be started from breakfast in Dungan (Chinese Muslims) guesthouse. If you arrive too early we offer you a nice room with comfortable beds and you will be able to take a shower. The half of the day will be devoted City Tour around Bishkek, lunch will be included. The tour includes visit of the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National philharmonic, Bazaar, Art Gallery and many others places of interest. After your transferring to the Chon Kemin valley, you will see the Burana Museum, a site of a medieval city of Balasagun, the capital of the Karahanid Kaganate, the Turkic dynasty of the 11 century.  Dinner and overnight will be ordered in Ashuu guesthouse.

Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga (150 km - 4 h)
After breakfast you will have free time taking pictures of the beauty of Chon Kemin Valley, large alpine valley. Here you will see Kyrgyz nomads with their yurts and sheeps as it was 1000 years ago among the Tian Shian Mountains, fast rivers, and pine trees. Before your departure to Tamga village, you will stop not far from Chon-Kemin for two hours hike in Konorchek labyrinths, where at the end of the gorge you will watch you a magic view where of red mountains. After that we will organize a picnic there. Afterwards you continue our trip to Tamga village that is situated on the southern shore of Issik Kul lake, the second highest mountain lake in the world and the biggest one in Kyrgyzstan. There is a sanatorium in Tamga where soviet cosmonauts rehabilitated and trained their skills. The altitude and climate was ideally good for them. On the way to Tamga you will visit our famous Talgat - a hunter with golden eagles. He will tell you about his birds. After it you can take some pictures of the eagles. After arrival in Tamga village you will have enough time to swim in the lake. Check in is in Askar guesthouse (1600 meters asl).

Day 3: Tamga - Barskoon gorge (1 hour by car) - Dunguromo Pass (3570 m) - Dugurotmo gorge (trekking 5 hours)                                        
After breakfast you will go to Barskoon village, where you will be introduced to local family which makes Kyrgyz dwelling "yurt". Here you will find out many amazing facts about them. Then you continue your way to Barskoon gorge, one of the most picturesque places in the mountains of Terskey Ala Too Range. There is one of the highest waterfalls in Kyrgyzstan situated (alt. 2500 m) that is 60 meters high. You will see the stone of spaceman, where is a sign of the first man in the space - Urii Gagarin.  From this place you will start the trek. You will have an ascent to Dunguromo pass (3100 m) passing through which you will find yourselves in a picturesque valley Dunguromo. After few kilometers down from the pass, you will stop for the camping. Dinner will give us an opportunity to share with impressions of the first day. Night will be in tents at the height of 2850 m.

Day 4: Dungurotmo gorge - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Chokolu Lake (7 hours)
On the fourth day you will get up early around 7 a.m. in the morning. You will have a « vertical » hike to the Chokolu Lake over Zauka Pass. It is a historical pass, which was the part of the great Silk Road. Famous travellers passed it in the old time: Ella Mayart 1932, Semenov Tyanshyanskii 1856, the Chinese Muslims came from China two hundred years ago.  The landscape is relatively flat, here prevails fine grass and moss, the climate is close to the tundra climate. Coming closer to the lake you will set up your camp for the night. Night will be in tents at the height of 3800 m.

Day 5: Chokolu Lake - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Dzukuu gorge - Ashu Kashka Suu
In the beginning of fifth day you will prepare all your equipment and belongings and then immersing it all on the horse you will go to next point. You will have to get back to the Zauka pass and after passing it you will come to the Dzhukuu valley. Then you will go down the gorge about 20 km and reach the foot of the Ashu Kashka Suu gorge where we set up camp for the night. On the way you will see Kyrgyz nomads that live here during summer monthes. Kyrgyz nomads are the most hospitable people in Central Asia. You will try Kyrgyz cheese there and if you want you can try Kyrgyz beer (fermented mare's milk). Dinner and overnight will be in tents at the altitude of 2770 m.

Day 6: Ashu Kashka Suu gorge - Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m) - Jukuchak gorge
Early morning will be devoted to preparation of all your gear and then you will hike up the gorge Ashu Kashka Suu. Reaching the foot of the pass, you will make a short halt for lunch and then you will have to climb to the Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m). After the pass you will get into the Dzhukuchak gorge where thermal mineral springs are. Here will have are given an opportunity to take a bath with hot mineral water which we all dreamed of for now 4 days of our trek. After good bath our guide will offer you a local beer but not Kyrgyz beer, this time is real Kyrgyz beer.   Dinner and overnight will be in tents at the height of 2500 m.

Day 7: Dzhukuchak gorge - Orto Bulak Pass (2900 m) - Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge
In the morning you will go to Kichi Kyzyl Suu Valley. Firstly you will go to the territory of Issyk Kul forestry that is located in the Dzhukuchak gorge. Further you will have to climb to the pass Orto Bulak (2900 m). Then you come to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge where we set up camp for the night. This place is famous for its untouched beauty and stunning views of mountains.   After that you will, have dinner, night you will spend in tents at the height of 2300 m. asl.


Day 8: Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge - Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Jili Suu water warm springs
After good breakfast you will start your trekking in the direction of the ChonKyzyl Suu valley. Firstly you will go down the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge through the territory of forestry. Then you will go along the Djily Suu Mountains and finally we arrive in Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge. Here we enter the area of Ak Tash. Then you will go up about three miles to the thermal mineral springs where you will be able to take a warm bath and relax.  You will overnight in tents at the height of 2150 m.

Day 9: Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Kok Dzhayyk Pass (2700 meters) - Jeti Oguz gorge
The ninth day will be the last day of trek. After breakfast you will go in the direction of the Jeti Oguz gorge - Seven bulls gorge. Firstly, you will go down to the place of Ak Tash, where you will cross the Kyzyl Suu River (Red River). Then you will begin the ascension to the pass Kok  Dzhayyk. The road will run through a small pine forest, which will impress you with its silence. It seems as if the whole world looks at you there. After the forest you will look at the Jeti Oguz gorge which will impress you for sure. After a couple of kilometers you will be in the yurt camp Kok Dzhayyk where you will stay for one night. Dinner and overnight will be served in yurts.

Day 10: Jety Oguz gorge - Karakol (30 km - 1 h)
After breakfast you will continue your trip in the direction of Karakol city which is in Issik-kul region. Check-in hotel Elita**.  Today you will visit   Memorial Complex of Pjvalsky, famous Russian explorer of Central Asia. In order to comprehend the Kyrgyz life of the 19th century you will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the wooden mosque, made in the Chinese architectural style.  In the evening you will be driven to Dyishin village, where you will have dinner with Chinese Muslims, here they are called Dungans. They came from Dunhuang, central China. Chinese Muslims came to Kyrgyzstan 200 years ago when it was a war between Chinese and not Chinese nationalities and religions. They are good agricultural masters and very famous for national cuisine.  You will try different salads and of course national dungan bread. After dinner you will come back to Elita hotel.

Day 11: Karakol - Kochkor village (330 km-6 h)
Transfer to the Kochkor village will be in the morning, there you can see national traditions and customs, watch the process of making national Kyrgyz carpets and visit a museum of handicraft. Also you will see and take part in the process of assembling a yurt, a traditional felt house of nomadic people. In the evening you will listen to the Folk-concert.  On the way to Kochkor village you will go along the north shore of Issyk Kul Lake - it means you will see the "pearl of Central Asia" form all sights! Dinner will be in a yurt and carpet-making show. Overnight is in the guesthouse.  

Day 12: Kochkor - Bishkek
Way back to Bishkek. Accommodation is in a guesthouse. You will have free time to go for a walk around the city and to buy souvenirs for your family and friends.

Day 13: Bishkek - Europe
Your guide will pick you up and see you off on your flight to International Airport "Manas".
