During your tour you will visit ancient Burana Tower, the second largest lake in the world Issyk-Kul; also it includes visiting of the ancient Tash Rabat Caravanserai (Stone Castle), primeval stone inscriptions, churches, mosques and many others places of interest. Kyrgyzstan is the place of untouched nature and deep traditions and during this trip you will get a chance to merge in this wonderful life.
Day 1: Bishkek city
Your tour-guide meets you in the airport and you drive to the Bishkek city (the capital of Kyrgyzstan) after arrival in the city you will be having breakfast .The entire day is dedicated to a guided Bishkek City Tour, including lunch. In Bishkek you will see central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the Historical Museum, National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and many others places of interest. National dinner will be at 8 p.m. you will spend the night in a Hotel****.
Day 2: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley
8 a.m. is time of your breakfast. Then we will go to Chon Kemin valley (national nature reserve) by car. On the way visiting of Burana Tower (minaret of 11 century) and an open air museum of Balbans (stone warriors). After having lunch you will have a short excursion around Issyk-Ata sanatorium and gorge. We will arrive at the Kalmak Ashuu Guesthouse at 7 o'clock. After having checked in is dinner.
Day 3: Chong Kemin - Son Kul Lake
In the morning we will start our way to the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan Son Kul Lake. We will have lunch on the way. Son Kul Lake situated at a height of 3013 meters above sea level and surrounded by beautiful mountains. This lake is very famous for its relaxing atmosphere as it is situated far from busy cities. After our arrival, you will be free to explore and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings. You will have dinner and overnight in Kyrgyz yurts. It is made of a wooden skeleton, covered with felt coverings. Yurts are built without nails.
Day 4: Son Kul Lake
Breakfast time is 9 a.m. After having breakfast you will have enough free time to see environs, and explore its nature on your own. Horse back riding trip around the shore of lake is also possible. Lunch will be served at 2 pm. Then you will see also ancient petrogliphs and ritual stones of shamans. It is a great chance to get acquainted with nomadic traditions and culture. National dinner you will have in yurt where you spend one night either.
Day 5: Son Kul Lake - At Bashi
in the morning straight after breakfast we leave guest house and go to the At Bashi valley (200km). You will be carried away by the amazing scenery offered through views the untouched nature. This night you will spend in yurts after dinner which is served at 7 p.m.
Day 6: At Bashi - Tash Rabat Caravanserai (Stone castle)
At 8 o'clock you will have breakfast. Then you will be transferred to the Tash Rabat- Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road (Stone Castle from the 14th century). Tash Rabat is located at the very heart of Tian Shan Mountains. And it has no analogue in the whole world, because it was made of stones and furthermore it was built inside a mountain at a height 3200 m above sea level. It is remains of one of the cities on the Great Silk Road and this building had been used as hotel and shelter for travelers. In total there are 31 rooms in the mountain. The thickness of walls is 1 m. There are also underground prison cells for ancient thieves. National dinner will be at 7 p.m. You will spend the night in yurts near by the Tash Rabat caravanserai.
Day 7: Tash Rabat - Kochkor valley
After a strengthening breakfast you will be transferred to Kochkor village (185 km). . At the Kochkorka village we will visit family which makes national Kyrgyz carpet and you will have a chance to participate in its process. You will have a traditional dinner with a local family, accompanied by a special national music show. Night you will spend in the guest house of Kochkorka village.
Day 8: Kochkor valley - Tamga village
Time of your breakfast is 8 a.m. Then our driver drives us to the celestial Issyk-Kul Lake (200 km), the second largest alpine lake in the world (1608m.above sea level). The Lake is also called "Kyrgyz Sea" because of its huge size. On the way you will drive through the gorgeous valley and you will pass the Orto Tokoi reservoir. As soon as we are in Tamga village you will have a rest on the southern beach of the lake where you can lie on the warm sand or swim in the lake. Thanks to the salty water, Lake Issyk Kul possesses curative qualities. You will have dinner at 7p.m. in Tamga Guesthouse, where you will also spend the night.
Day 9: Tamga - Karakol
You will have breakfast at 8 a.m. After that your free time which you can spend swimming in the lake till 12 p.m. Afterwards, you will start your trip to Karakol city by car (50km). You will take lunch in the Karakol. There you will have an excursion around main city sights. The tour includes the visit of the museum of M.V. Prejvalsky, one of the worlds greatest explorers. His main achievements were the crossing of the great desert Taklamakan and the discovery of more than 4000 animals, including the Horse of Prejevalsky. Later, you will visit the Dungan mosque. One of its highlights is the fact that it is built in Chinese style without using a single metal nail. This will be followed by the visit of an old wooden Orthodox Church. Traditional dinner will be served for you at 7 p.m. You will overnight in a guest house.
Day 10: Karakol - Altin Arashan - Karakol
In the morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Altyn Arashan gorge by a heavy Russian military 4WD vehicle. Altin Arashan ("Golden Spa") gorge is one of the most famous gorges in Karakol, there you will see wonderful fur tree forests and there are also thermal springs in the whole gorge. After taking a bath in hot springs (there are some special little cabins) you will take lunch in the gorge of incredible beauty. Afterwards you will have 1 hour hiking in the gorge and then you will be transferred to the city. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Night will be in a Guesthouse.
Day 11: Karakol - Cholpon Ata
You will have breakfast at 8 a.m. After it you will be transferred to Cholpon Ata city the road will go along the northern shore of the sparkling pearl of Central Asia - Issyk-Kul Lake(120km). On the way, we will make a short break at 1 pm, where you can enjoy lunch in a relaxed atmosphere . Afterwards we will give you the opportunity to visit ancient stone inscriptions (dating back to 800 B.C.), including the local museum. The museum is dedicated to the Issyk-Kul Lakeafter museum is one hour cruise on a steam boat. Dinner time is 7 p.m. in a Hotel, where you will also spend the night.
Day 12: Cholpon Ata - Bishkek
You will have breakfast at 8 a.m. Your free time on the beach till 11 o'clock. After that you will be transferred to Bishkek city (280km) by car through a stunning Boom Gorge. At 7 pm is a farewell dinner. Night is in a Hotel****.
Your tour guide and your driver will meet your at your hotel and after that they accompany you to the International Airpot Manas according to the time of your flight arranged previously.
