There is another interesting tour that will carry you to wonderful places of small mountain country Kyrgyzstan. Moving by route you will see the most beautiful lakes and astonishing mountains. First of all you will see "the Kyrgyz Sea" - our biggest lake Issyk Kul surrounded by mountains. And then you will visit our divine Son Kul Lake that is situated on the altitude of 3016 m. a. s. l. And like true nomads you will sleeps in yurts, enjoying warmth and comfort of these original nomadic dwellings.
Day 1: Bishkek city
The guide meets you in Airport and accompanies to the capital city of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek (30 min. drive) where you will have a breakfast. The entire day is dedicated to a guided Bishkek City Tour, including lunch. You will visit the central Ala-Too Square, shady Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the History Museum, National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and many other highlights. Traditional dinner will be offered at 7 p.m. you will spend the night in a Hotel****.
Day 2: Bishkek - Son Kul Lake
Breakfast will be offered at 8 am, and then you drive to the adorable Son Kul Lake (the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan). Lunch will be taken on the way. Son Kul Lake is surrounded by mountains and it is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan, situated at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. Since ancient times Kyrgyz nomads with their herds used to come to the lake to use it as a generous pasturelands. After our arrival, you will be free to observe and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings. You will stay for the night in yurts and have traditional dinner. And yurt is very comfortable, fancy decorated dwelling of nomads. Traditionally it builds without nails, just wood and felt.
Day 3: Son Kul Lake - Tash Rabat Caravanserai (Stone castle)
Traditional breakfast will be followed by transfer to the Tash Rabat- Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road (Stone Castle from the 14th century). You will be admired by the impressive scenery of the untouched nature. The castle is unique massive building that was made of stones and it built inside a mountain at a height 3200 m above sea level. There are 31 rooms in the mountain. The walls are 1 m thick. There are also underground prison cells for ancient pilferers. Traditional dinner will be offered at 7 p.m. This night you stay in yurts, and there you will have nice dinner.
Day 4: Tash Rabat - Kochkor valley
After you have a breakfast you will dive to hospitable Kochkor village (185 km). At the Kochkor village you will be met by a family that shows you the way of how national woolen felt carpets are produced. You even can create your own carpet. You will have a traditional dinner with a local family, accompanied by a special national music show. Your dinner will be offered in a guest house and there you stay for this night.
Day 5: Kochkor valley - Tamga village
You will have a good breakfast before you will be transferred to the delightfulIssyk-Kul Lake (200 km), the second largest alpine lake in the world (1608m.above sea level). Another name of the Lake is "the pearl of Central Asia". On the trip you will drive through the gorgeous valley and you will pass the bewitchingOrto Tokoi reservoir. After we arrive at Tamga village you will have a rest on the southern beach of the lake where you can enjoy the pure water and curative qualities of the lake. Your dinner will be offered in the Tamga Guest house and there you stay for this night.
Day 6: Tamga - Karakol
Your breakfast will be offered as usual at 8. Then you have free time to enjoy the lake till 12 pm. Afterwards, you will start your trip to Karakol city by car (50km). Delicious lunch will be offered in the Karakol. And then a enchantingKarakol City Tour is waiting for you. The tour includes the visit of the Dungan mosque. That it is built by Chinese technology without using any metal nail. This will be followed by the visit of a small wooden Russian Orthodox Church. Later, you will visit the museum of M.V. Prejvalsky, one of the world's greatest observes. His the most famous achievements were the crossing of the Taklamakan desert and the discovery of more than 4000 animals, including the Horse of Prejevalsky. The dinner will be organized in a local restaurant. Night in a Guesthouse.
Day 7: Karakol - Bishkek
Breakfast will be offered at 8 am, and then you will be transferred to Cholpon Ata city along the along the northern shore of the shining treasure of Central Asia - Issyk-Kul Lake(120km). On the way there will be short stop in nice place to have lunch in calm atmosphere. Afterwards we will visit ancient stone depictions (dating back to 800 B.C.), including the local museum. After that you will be transferred to Bishkek city (280km) by car through a gorgeous Boom Gorge. Your farewell meal will be offered in a restaurant and for night you stay in a Hotel***.
Day 8: Bishkek - Europe
The guide will take you from the Hotel and attend to the Manas Airport according to the time of your departure.
